And we are left alone with just memories and silence.  This silence is what makes it hard to sleep most nights because it should be noisy, we should be hearing crying or gurgling or any other baby noises, but instead all we hear is silence.  And that silence feels like we are losing Colette all over again.  Silence used to be golden, but now is just a stark reminder of what we have lost.
