1Who will send the card?
The email will come from Give Card.
2What can I use these cards for?
These cards can be used the same way that credit and debit cards can be, but cannot be used to withdraw cash. 
3Who can I contact if I have not received the card?
If you have any questions or issues regarding receipt or use of the card, please contact GiveCard at support@givecard.io.

5Do the cards get reloaded when they are empty?
The assistance is a one-time amount so they will not be reloaded. If you still need funding, you may reapply and we will look at the application again at that time.
6Do I need to provide receipts or other information?
You can use the card to pay for whatever expenses you want. We do not require receipts or bills to be submitted.
